Growth &amp; Partnership Residency (1–3 months) Are you passionate about regeneration and excited to help grow movements from the ground up?The Growth &amp; Partnership Residency is an immersive opportunity to live at Traditional Dream Factory while supporting our outreach, partnerships and community-building efforts. During this residency, you’ll work closely with our core team to expand TDF’s visibility, build meaningful collaborations and develop regenerative education initiatives with local stakeholders.What you’ll do<ul><li>Kickstart co-marketing and affiliate partnerships with aligned creators, coworking spaces, festivals and regenerative networks</li><li>Design and launch mutual growth campaigns (e.g. referrals, discounts, shared storytelling)</li><li>Cultivate relationships with local schools and community organisations, and help develop educational experiences (e.g. agroforestry workshops, food literacy programs)</li><li>Collaborate with our land and governance teams to translate on-the-ground regenerative practices into shareable narratives and partnership opportunities</li></ul>What you’ll get<ul><li>A fully hosted stay at TDF (accommodation + food)</li><li>Hands-on experience inside a pioneering regenerative village</li><li>Mentorship and close collaboration with our founders</li><li>A performance-based stipend in the form of $TDF tokens</li></ul>This residency is ideal for purpose-driven communicators, strategists or partnership builders who want to contribute their skills to a living regenerative system — while being part of it.
