Learning sessions to support more engagment in the governance model.🌈 Culture BuildingWhat does intentional community actually mean? Explore our values, rituals, and ways of being together. Help shape the culture we're creating through workshops, discussions, and shared experiences. We invite intentional spaces for real talk and vunrebility from our citizens, community and team. Get your hands in the earth with collective land actions.<h2>What to Expect</h2>Daily RhythmFarm-to-table meals cooked with ingredients from our regenerative systems. Skill-shares and workshops. Governance sessions. Moments for rest, exploration, and connection. Evening fires, sharing circles and celebration.Citizen Only Spaces There can be some sessions for citizens only to explore more vunrable topics.Communal Cooking and Shared Responsibilities Join a kitchen shift and dance to funky tunes whilst chopping veg and chatting with fellow citizens. We need supporting hand for dishes and helping things run smoothly throughout the week.Who's OrganisingThis gathering is co-created by our community, with facilitation from the TDF core team and citizens. It's for citizens, by citizens.This is not a passive retreat. You'll be part of something real. We also have gear you can rent (please email ahead of time to ask and reserve what you need). You can extend your stay by book addional nights seperate to this event. Stays outside of events and residencies are not available for non citizens.Volunteer We are always looking for support for our events so if you wish to join as a volunteer you can apply from September 1st - 29th for 1 month volunteering and you will get to experience everything happening on the ground with no tikcet cost. Luna Somatic 

Bring your home to TDF 🚐&nbsp;we have spaces in the land that are flat, with shade and with electricity. Perfect for your home on the road. No grey water systems available (it is not allowed to dispose of these in the land). Compost toilets and showers are shared.

Van Parking Space

Wake up to the view of oak trees 🌳&nbsp;Bring your own gear. We recommend a tent, a camping mattress, a sleeping bag and a pillow. If it is winter, make sure your gear is warm and waterproof. Compost toilets and showers are shared.

Camping

Get cosy in a glamping tent for you, and two or three more folks. It’s spacious and comfortable - don’t worry, they are 5m in diameter.The tents are set up on platforms on our land. Compost toilets and hot showers are shared.Book for one and we will allocate you with other bookings, or book as 3-4 people together and you will be allocated your own tent to share.Tents are set up with single beds, bedding and blankets for extra cosyness! We also provide a towel for your stay.Please bring an extra one for the sauna if you can! .

Shared Glamping 

Get cosy in your own glamping tent on the land emerged in nature 🥰They are 4m in diameter so you will have space. You’ll get a double mattress with warm blankets and fluffy rugs.This set up is for two people only, and as a double unless you request a twin.If you are 3+ then you can book a shared glamping.Compost toilets and hot showers are shared and on the land.We provide towels with your booking but please bring extra for the sauna if you can!

Private Glamping

For volunteers only! Our dorm is in the old chicken factory building. A simple but cosy space with dorm beds and desk space.We provide bedding and a towel for your stay but please bring an extra one for the sauna if you can!Please let us know if you do not want to be in a mixed gendered space and we will try to accommodate.Compost toilets and hot showers are shared on the land.

Volunteer dorm

Our small glamping tents are designed for one person — 3m widea comfortable mattress, storage for your things, and just the right amount of space to feel at home.During the rainy season, the tents are set up inside our factory building, where you'll have access to electricity.In the warmer months, they move outside onto the land, where it's off-grid with no electricity supply.

Elevated cabin built between two cork oaks, accessed via a wooden walkway.Private deck with table and chairs.<ul><li>Sleeps 2 (1 double bed) but you can request extra matress for children</li><li>Private wash basin</li><li>Dresser and open storage</li><li>Electric lighting and sockets</li><li>Wood construction, insulated</li><li>Shared bathroom facilities (nearest at [50 meters])</li><li>Access to sauna, market garden, and communal event space</li><li>No car access to the unit, short walk from parking</li></ul>Good for couples wanting privacy, or a family with small children with easy access to shared community spaces.
