Basis of Value

1. Property control Traditional Dream Factory operates under a long-term lease with an exclusive option to acquire the underlying property for €200,000, exercisable until July 2029.

2. Capital treatment 100% of proceeds from $TDF token sales are reinvested into the operating company as equity. No dividend extraction or revenue skimming mechanisms exist.

3. Liquidity & liabilities As of October 2025, the company holds €191k in cash and reports no undisclosed liabilities, litigation, or off-balance-sheet guarantees.
