Responsibilities: - Manage our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, by creating engaging content that shares our story, values, and progress. - Capture the essence of our community through photos, videos, and stories, highlighting our connection to nature, personal growth, and celebrations. - Collaborate with other community members to create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our mission and vision. - Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement and reach. - Assist in daily garden tasks, such as planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting, while connecting with the land and the spirit of nature. We invite you to become a Builder Wizard at the Traditional Dream Factory, where you will use your creativity and construction skills to create unique community facilities (e.g. new showers, shades) garden (also shading) structures for our climbing veggies. Combine your love for building and design with a passion for sustainable living as you contribute to the growth and development of our community farm. Responsibilities: - Design and construct community facilities & garden structures using sustainable and locally sourced materials, such as trellises, archways, and pergolas for our climbing plants. - Collaborate with other community members on planning and executing construction projects that align with our vision and values. - Share your knowledge and skills with fellow community members, fostering a culture of learning and empowerment. - Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing structures on the land. - Participate in community activities and celebrations, embracing the spirit of co-living and co-creating.
